11. Termination

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or if we believe your actions may harm our Service or other users.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable grace period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
